The incident occurred in Srivilliputhur of Tamil Nadu’s Virudhunagar district. <br /> <br />Venkatesh, a Zomato delivery person, was seen being brutally thrashed by Dharmaraj, a traffic Sub Inspector, in full view of the public. The ordeal was recorded by onlookers and the video has gone viral. <br /> <br />In the video, Venkatesh is seen holding Dharmaraj's shoulder patch, and Dharmaraj immediately attacks Venkatesh and begins to brutally thrash him.
